1. Do you offer free shipping?

✅ Yes! We provide Free Shipping across Canada, including Montreal, Quebec, and Ottawa.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 24–48 hours after processing.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). This allows you to check your product before making payment.


4. Can I check my product before paying?

✅ Yes. With COD, you can verify that the delivered product matches your order before completing payment.


5. What is your return policy?

- If the product delivered does not match your order (size or color issue), you may request a return or exchange.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Do you ship outside Canada?

Currently, we only deliver within Canada (Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa). International shipping is not available at this time.
